Dr.-Ing. Jens Kotlarski
Jens studied mechanical engineering in Hanover. Then, he completed his doctorate in robotics and founded his first tech company in 2012. In addition, in 2017, he founded the cobot manufacturer Yuanda Robotics, which he transformed to voraus robotik at the beginning of 2022 with a 100% software focus.

Philipp Georgi
Philipp studied industrial engineering, business administration, and politics in Berlin and the USA. Until 2011, he held management positions at a publishing house. In 2011, he founded an e-commerce company in Shanghai, which he sold in 2016 and subsequently founded a holding company for small industrial companies.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Tobias Ortmaier
Tobias studied electrical engineering and information technology in Munich. He completed his doctorate at the Technical University of Munich, conducted research at the German Aerospace Center, and was subsequently project manager at KUKA Roboter GmbH. As a professor, he headed the Institute of Mechatronic Systems at Leibniz Universität Hannover for twelve years. After giving up his professorship, he worked for avateramedical as CTO.
